Product Description:

The Horizontal Belt Filter has a counter-current wash system that ensures thorough washing of the filter cake. This system is designed to minimize the amount of wash water used, making it an efficient and cost-effective filtration solution. 

 

The Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter is consisted of rubber belt, vacuum box, pulley and rollers, supporting frame, filter cloth, etc. these components are formed a highly efficient equipment realizing solid and liquid separation by fully taking advantage of material gravity and vacuum drawing power.

 

The filtration area of the system ranges from 10-1000 m2, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

 

The drive system of the filter is equipped with a variable speed drive, which allows for precise control of the filtration process.

Vacuum Box Lfting Device Vacuum box is assembled by sections, each section is connected with filtrate pipe to form a vacuum filtrate collecting system. With a lifting device of vacuum box, it is more convenience for wear belt replacement.
